The project area includes the stop-controlled intersection of Tom Brown Road and New Albany Road as well as the intersections of Tom Brown Road/Riverton Road and New Albany Road/Riverton Road. New Albany Road (MP 1.55-1.78) in the project area runs north-south with one travel lane in each direction with a posted speed of 35 mph. New Albany Road is an undivided Urban Major Collector with no shoulders in the project area.
